A: Your flight or holiday vouchers will be sent to you through the post. Details of how to complete them and where to send them are displayed on the vouchers.

A: Out of date vouchers can not be exchanged for new vouchers.

A: We aim to get your rewards to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 30 days in exceptional circumstances.

Q: How do I update my details?
|
|
A: You can update your name, address, email, or telephone number by selecting 'edit your profile' once you have logged into your WE.O.U account. Simply amend any records needed and click 'submit'. Alternatively these details may be updated by contacting the WE.O.U hotline on 0870 241 4993.

How to use the we.o.u site
|

Q: How do I go shopping on the we.o.u site?
|
A:
- On the top navigation bar you'll find the Rewards button. Simply click on this to see what's available to you.
- Select a category i.e. Motoring, Home Entertainment, Holiday & Travel, Home and Garden, Leisure or Charity.
- You can then either select a sub-category or scroll down the page to see everything available to you within that particular category.
- Once you have seen something that takes your fancy simply click on the product or offer for a full description.
- If you wish to redeem your Stars for the product simply click Redeem this item. This will take you through to the Shopping Cart.
- You can now proceed to Checkout to redeem your selected item or you can return to Rewards and add extra items to your shopping cart.
- When you proceed to Checkout a message will appear to confirm your redemption has been successful.
