- Each group needs to be set up by an individual - whether it be the captain of a sports team, a member of the local book club, the pub landlord or a parent from the PTA. They will become the group's "Treasurer".
- Everyone else who joins the group will receive their own we.o.u card and are referred to as "members".
- To ensure the scheme and redemptions are properly regulated, the Treasurer or group needs to designate a "Group Secretary"
- Every time a member of the group visits a Texaco station and swipes their we.o.u card the group gets 1 Star for every £1 spent. With everyone collecting Stars together, they'll add up really quickly.
- All the group's cards are linked and all the Stars earned by the group members will be credited to the Treasurer's card.
- The Treasurer is the only person who can redeem rewards and cash.
