Once you have filled it in, post it back to us free of charge at:

Alternatively you can call the we.o.u hotline on 0870 241 4993 to request an application form.

Once we have processed your details we will send you a welcome pack which will contain the following:

1. The group's primary we.o.u card - you are the primary cardholder and although everyone in the group will also have their own we.o.u cards, it is only you and the group secretary that will be able to redeem rewards or cash. As soon as you have your card you can start collecting Stars immediately.
2. Member registration postcards - to recruit members on to your scheme you will need to get them to fill out one of these postcards, alternatively they can register their details by calling the we.o.u hotline on 0870 241 4993. Once they have done this, they will also be sent their we.o.u cards and will be able to start collecting straight away.
3. Redemption form - when you have reached your goal and your group has collected enough Stars you will need to fill out a redemption form in order to redeem your rewards or cash.

Members

If you would like to become a member of an existing group, you will need to fill out a new member registration form which will be given to you by your "Treasurer". If you do not have a form then you can register your details by calling the we.o.u hotline on
0871 241 4993.

Once you have done this you will be sent your own we.o.u card and you can start collecting Stars straight away.
