The scheme is called we.o.u. because it acknowledges the importance of customer loyalty. It is our way of thanking our customers for their continued support – ‘’we owe you’’.

In return for every £1 customers spend we give them back 1 Star. (Customers must ensure that they get their we.o.u card swiped every time they spend in store or buy fuel).

When they’ve collected enough Stars, they can trade them in for a fantastic range of rewards including High Street shopping vouchers and free fuel.

We value our customers, we aren’t out to diddle anyone. There’s no smoke and mirrors. It’s completely clear what they’re getting.

Customers can visit www.weou.co.uk and click on 'Register' on the homepage.

You can also register by filling out an application form in-store. Once completed,you will need to post it into the we.o.u post box which should be near the counter. The great thing about this is that customers can start swiping their card straight away because the card is attached to the application form!

Going Shopping.

Customers can exchange their Stars for rewards by visiting www.weou.co.uk where they can browse and shop any time day or night.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Click on Rewards to see what is available to you

2. Click on a category. Eg. Sound & Vision. You will then see all the rewards in that category.

3. Once you have seen something that takes your fancy simply click on the product or offer for a full description

4. If you wish to trade in your Stars for the product simply click Redeem this item. This will take you through to the Shopping Cart

5. You can now proceed to Checkout to redeem your selected item or you can return to Rewards and add extra items to your shopping cart

6. When you proceed to Checkout a message will appear to confirm your redemption has been successful
